Attending the ceremony were Fang Fengwen, Deputy Director of the Office of the Vocational Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education; Yin Weimin, Executive Vice President of the Jiangsu Vocational and Technical Education Association and former Second-Level Inspector of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education; Wang Wenhai, Deputy Director of the Medical and Health Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Vocational and Technical Education Association and Deputy Director of the Competition Organizing Committee for the Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing track; Hai Yuxiu, Chief Judge; Huang Jiali, Head of the Arbitration Working Group; Zhang Hua, Head of the Discipline Supervision Working Group; Shi Yuchang, Secretary of the College Party Committee; Luo Xiaoqing, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee and President; as well as team leaders, instructors, and participants from all competing teams. The closing ceremony was presided over by Xiao Bo, Member of the College Party Committee and Vice President.

At the ceremony, Chief Judge Hai Yuxiu provided a detailed review of the competition, covering the overall situation, competition content, score interpretation, and performance evaluation. He noted that the participants demonstrated exceptional skills, highlighted humanistic care, and showcased the warmth and innovative thinking of the industry, reflecting the positive outcomes of education and teaching in higher vocational rehabilitation therapy technology, nursing, and related disciplines. At the same time, he objectively pointed out some shortcomings, such as comprehensive case designs deviating from clinical logic, incomplete rehabilitation assessments, insufficient targeted training, and superficial application of new technologies for the sake of innovation. He expressed hope that the participating teams would strive for improvement, using this competition as an opportunity to focus on enhancing professional capabilities, closely aligning with practical job requirements, further optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content, and strengthening practical teaching to cultivate high-quality technical talents that meet the needs of the rehabilitation therapy and nursing industries.

Wang Wenhai, Deputy Director of the Competition Organizing Committee, announced the results: 17 teams, including Jiangsu Medical College and Suzhou Vocational Health College, won gold awards; 30 teams, including Xiangyang Polytechnic and Jiangsu Union Technical Institute Nanjing Vocational Health College, won silver awards; and 47 teams, including Jinhua University of Vocational Technology and Chongqing City Management College, won bronze awards. Suzhou Vocational Health College and Jiangsu Medical College advanced to the ranking round as first and second place, respectively.

In his speech, Luo Xiaoqing congratulated the award-winning participants and expressed gratitude to the judges, arbitrators, supervisors, and staff. He stated that this competition was not only a concentrated review of the educational outcomes of vocational colleges but also an important platform for in-depth exchange in the field of rehabilitation therapy and nursing. The participants pursued excellence and vividly demonstrated the outstanding qualities of rehabilitation therapy and nursing talents in the new era. He expressed hope that the competition would serve as a bridge to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with institutions, enhance mutual friendship, and jointly depict a bright blueprint for the development of skilled talents in vocational education, contributing to the building of a strong country in education, science and technology, and talent.

Following this, the award-winning participants went onto the stage one by one, and the distinguished guests presented them with medals and took group photos.

He stated that our college would take this competition as an opportunity to comprehensively review the experience and shortcomings of hosting the event, continuously deepen education and teaching reforms, and strive to strengthen practical teaching, committed to cultivating medical technical talents who are not only proficient in professional skills but also possess profound humanistic literacy.
