Zhou Minghao, Party Leadership Group Member and Deputy Director of the Provincial Health Commission, and Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Disease Control Bureau, attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. Peng Guangsheng, Director of the Technical Service Management Office of the Occupational Health Department of the National Health Commission, observed the event on-site and provided commentary. Shi Yuchang, Party Secretary of our college, attended the event and presented awards to the winners.
In May of this year, to prepare for the competition, our college’s Department of Continuing Education and Logistics Service Center actively welcomed the preparatory working group from the Provincial Health Supervision and Guidance Center for on-site inspections and discussions regarding event arrangements. Shortly before the competition, our college held additional meetings with the preparatory working group to confirm specific procedures, logistical support, and venue services. Prior to the event, Vice President Chen Hao also inspected and guided the preparations for each segment. Our college’s solid organizational coordination, well-equipped facilities, and warm, attentive services were highly praised by the event organizers, undertakers, and participants.
Amid the scorching July heat, the competition proceeded with great intensity. The successful hosting of this event marks an important initiative by our college to leverage its strengths in actively engaging in social services. It provided a platform for occupational health workers across the province to enhance learning, practice, skills, and capabilities through competition, vigorously promoting the development of occupational health talent in Jiangsu and injecting new vitality into safeguarding workers' health and fostering harmonious economic and social development.
