At the invitation of the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee Shi Yuchang made a keynote report on “Research and Practice of Digital Transformation of Vocational Health Colleges”, which focused on the digital transformation of vocational education and the key tasks of the reform of the construction of a modern vocational education system, and centered on how to take advantage of the opportunities of digital transformation, digital empowerment, innovation and quality enhancement, and how to implement the reform of modern vocational education system construction with the new infrastructure of “hardware”. It focused on “professional upgrading and digital transformation”, “construction and expansion of digital teaching resources”, “cultivation of digital literacy masters”, “construction of a golden land for complex technical and skilled talents”, and “cultivation of digital teaching materials and cases”, practical experience and related construction results in “Vocational Education Going to Sea”, etc. The keynote report of Secretary Shi was unanimously praised by the delegates.

This academic conference is one of the theme activities of “2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week” co-sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the Ministry of Education of China, and the People's Government of Guizhou Province for many years. The academic conference also invited experts in the field of digital education from Tongji University, Tianjin University of Technology and Education and experts from colleges and universities of Malaysia and Thailand to focus on the theme of “Digital Education and Health Promotion”. The theme of “digital education and health promotion” was widely exchanged and discussed in depth, and a broad consensus was reached on the promotion of education digitization in vocational education, especially in the field of health vocational education, which played a good effect of exchange and wisdom gathering, mutual appreciation and enhancement, and also broadened the idea of education digitization transformation and development, and the reform of the construction of the modern vocational education system for the school.
